9 My beloved is like a gazelle or a young stag.[a]
Look! He is[b] standing behind our wall,
gazing through[c] the window,
looking through[d] the lattice.
10 My beloved answered and said to me,
“Arise,[e] my beloved! Come, my beauty![f]
11 For look! The winter is over;
the rainy season[g] has turned and gone away.[h]
